Cindy joined the team in 2017. As Chief Financial Officers, Cindy is responsible for all aspects of the financial operations of DARI.
Beth has been with the team since 2010 and has 10 years experience in business administration, marketing, and tourism hospitality. As Vice President, Beth serves multiple functions including board management, business development, communications, and marketing.
Stacey joined the Development Association of Rock Island, Inc. (DARI) as Program Manager on April 13, 2020. Stacey brings over a decade of non-profit experience working closely with a wide range of companies including nonprofits, government agencies, and city governments.
Stacey’s first and primary task will be assisting in the creation of a formalized work plan, which will include COVID-19 pandemic response efforts in partnership with the City of Rock Island. She will also lead the FORWARD business recovery effort to streamline communication efforts on available programs and resources available for Rock Island businesses and organizations.
James joined Economic Growth Corporation in 2017, bringing more than 10 years of experience in real estate. As the Housing Manager, James partners with DARI and manages the Live-Work RI homebuyer program. He also offers HUD-approved housing counseling and financial literacy and education courses for DARI members and their employees. He also helps existing homeowners with foreclosure prevention.
